Whether it is in one of our offices or using the convenience of distance counselling, you can be assured that you will be working with a fully-qualified professional counsellor who can bring understanding and solutions to the challenges that you are facing.

Currently our fee for a one-hour counselling therapy session is $75.00. We accept cash, cheques or paypal as payment. Some insurance plans and benefits packages will cover our services. Check with your plan to be sure.

Ask us about workshops or seminar packages for your group on a variety of mental and spiritual health topics.

As a leader in the field of psychotherapy, Dr. Russell also provides clinical supervision for other counsellors.
